Greetings in the Lord!
My name is Mona Christensen, and I have had the honor and privilege of working with Dennis and Robin Nonnemacher since 1997, when we were on staff together at a large church in Green Bay. There is nothing sweeter than working alongside brothers and sisters in the Lord, setting out to pursue God’s purposes.

My first mission trip with Dennis and Robin was to Myanmar in 2000. This experience had a profound impact on my life, as I realized that my heart for orphans was one of God’s ministry purposes for me. My husband Dave and I adopted two kids from an orphanage in Bogota, Colombia. This was and still is my call-to-action verse “…God of all comfort who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we are comforted by God.” 2 Corinthians 1:4-5. Over the years, with a dozen trips to Myanmar and a handful to the Andaman Islands, I will be joining a team in Nepal this October. God is so faithful!

At the same time, Dave and I were raising our family, working hard, building assets for our future, and giving tithes and offerings to the church. At one point, we were advised to establish a trust to protect our family and the assets the Lord provided. The lawyer we were working with asked us if we considered setting aside funds upon our passing so that our values and passions for ministry, the Lord’s legacy, would continue. With that great idea nearly 15 years ago, we included Going Global Inc. in our estate plans. You already know that Going Global Inc. is tilling rich, fertile soil. It is reaching nations for the Gospel and touching the lives of leaders and partners who are doing incredible work for the Kingdom. I don’t know about you, but I want to see Going Global Inc. continue its purposes until Jesus comes back! A commitment like this is not only a testimony of faith, but an intentional decision to stand on God’s promises for eternity.

Like many of you, we have planted and watered, sowing spiritual seeds into the kingdom for most of our lives. After much prayer and discussion with the Going Global Inc. leadership, we assessed the viability of a long-term giving path for people like us. Sensing that unction of the Lord, Going Global Inc. has established three endowment funds - Orphans & Widows, Church Planters in Remote Areas, and Now and Forever (operational support) - to provide a path for long-term gifts that will establish the Lord’s work with Going Global Inc. in perpetuity. These gifts aren’t meant to replace monthly or annual support, but to be directed to long-term growth upon your passing – a bequest.

If you’re considering how your own legacy might shape the future for generations to come, I want to encourage you to pray about joining us in this vision. By including Going Global Inc. in your estate plans, whether through a trust, a will, or another bequest, you are planting seeds that will flourish long after you are gone. Your generosity will fund ministries and sustain Going Global Inc.’s mission for years to come. I would love to hear from you if you have questions. A simple form will document your commitment to this legacy gift.
With heartfelt thanks to all of you who support Going Global Inc. in prayer and resources, you are greatly appreciated! Thank you for the incredible work you are doing to support ministry initiatives all over the world.

Nepal Pastors Network

The ministry in Nepal has experienced tremendous growth. Paul and Bawana are leading a network of churches, children’s ministries, and feeding programs. Paul spends much of his time mentoring leaders in ministry training, character formation, and spiritual development.
We are grateful for your prayers for Paul, Bawana, and the team they lead. Serving on the front lines of ministry in Nepal is not easy. The travel is dangerous, poverty is extreme, and spiritual darkness is very real. Yet, because of your prayers and investment, Nepal is being transformed by the good news of Jesus Christ.
Every time a church receives Bibles or a child receives a warm meal, it testifies to the power of the work God is doing in Nepal.

Myanmar Young Adult

Meet Min Set Paing. He grew up as an orphan at Love Children’s Home, attended culinary school, and now enjoys a successful career as a chef on a large ship. In his own words of thanksgiving:
“Thanks to God, I am able to see mountains and the glassy surface of the sea. Thank You, God. Thank you so much, Love Children’s Home.”
God is transforming many lives through your faithfulness. Thank you, Going Global family!
Food For Thought
“The Lord replied, “Don’t say, ‘I’m too young,’ for you must go wherever I send you and say whatever I tell you.”
Jeremiah 1:7 NLT
God has placed a call on your life to make a difference and impact lives for eternity. The young generation is not only the future, it is the now generation. God’s call on your life matters today.
