How Covid-19 Is Effecting Our Friends Around The Globe
This pandemic has filled the news and has affected the world. Yet we are very aware how personal it has become in lives of individuals. God see’s each person and knows them by name. Here are a few stories of people who have been cared for and loved because of your support.
Rebecca, who started Love Loom House in Myanmar, has made 500 face masks for all the orphans in the network of fourteen ministries.
Raja and Sheeba have been feeding more than 2,000 people in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands who are very poor while sharing the good news of Jesus Christ.
Sonny has been caring for orphans by providing face masks, food, and clean water in the remote Chin State of Myanmar.
Paul in Nepal has fed street children in the slums of Kathmandu. They have been able to provide a months worth of rice, salt, and soap to people who haven’t had food for days. Paul phrased it, “We are feeding the homeless and slum kids. We can’t gather in big groups, so we cook food, then call then one-by-one and give food to kids and widows.”
In Kenya people are crying out, “it is better to die of Covid than die of hunger.” This has created a clash between the police and people, creating even more unrest. Our partners have been providing food door to door to those in need by motorcycle.
We have been able to provide food in Israel for hungry people in need.

MIRACLES FOUND IN RELATIONSHIP
Meet Cia Tial Rem. She has experienced both pain and miracles in her life. Her father passed away when she was young, leaving her mom without the capacity to care for her. She came to live at the orphanage and went on to graduate from Disciple Bible College. After graduating, she served other kids at the orphanage as a leader, and is now back in her village caring for her mom. I had a chance to hear her tell this story through tears at the graduation ceremony in Yangon.
What was a setback for Cia Tial Rem has become a setup. God developed faith, peace, love, and joy that only comes through fire. Storms will come in life, and they will test the quality of our foundation. The life-giving ministries that we partner with are seeing miracle stories like this every day, because of the strong foundation of relational connectivity.
